We take precautions to protect client’s information from any loss or illegal usage, access and disclosure.

Clients are advised to verify/check any information and to obtain any appropriate professional advice before requesting for any service. In no event will Muden Interconnect Agency Limited be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, of data arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

Muden Interconnect Agency Limited is a private consultation company dedicated to provide online travel technology services for purposes well known by client on acceptance that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any foreign government agency.

Clients are required to pay all necessary fees related for the service they have opted for. Service charges will be sent in a separate email together with all the required documents required by the authorities and may defer depending on the present geographical location of the applicant.

During airport pick up and drop off, an allowance of 15 minutes shall be observed upon the agreed time. A copy of invoices for purchased items should be declared or carried along with you. At no circumstance will Muden Interconnect Agency be liable for the invisible internal technical damage. Breakables are carried at owners risk and if accepted, Muden Interconnect Agency will not be liable to any damage.

Any dispute arising from the performance while the company is undertaking its obligations shall be settled before an arbitrator agreed upon by both the company and the client. The seat of Arbitration shall be decided and the language used shall be English.
